Mentoring is a key part of a student’s formation at Metro Baltimore Seminary.
The Mentoring Manual is a detailed guide for you to use with your mentor, and includes readings, exercises, and reflection questions designed to help you get the most out of mentoring at MBS. Each mentor must complete a mentoring agreement and be approved by the MBS Dean of Mentoring. If you are a new mentor, click the button below to request a mentor login to complete the agreement.
Mentoring Reports
It is the student’s responsibility to schedule regular meetings with their mentor (at least once per month) and to come to those meetings prepared to share what is happening in their life, ministry, and schooling. At the end of each quarter student and mentor should each submit a mentoring report.
