The purpose of this women's initiative is to support the holistic formation of MBS female students in the unique challenges they face in ministry. This initiative will help meet the needs of students and align with our renewed mission and objectives as an institution. We desire to support the whole person of our female students, so they know that there is a place for them at MBS and wherever God has called them to serve. We want to provide additional soul care to women as they learn in their classes and practical ministry experiences. We want to invest in grace-based leadership that cultivates leadership skills for women in various capacities and ministry settings.

This new endeavor will consist of semesterly meetings where students, supervisors, mentors, and alumni come together with faculty and staff for community, connection, care, and leadership development.
